Who We Are
We are committed to showing you the beautiful natural world around us in a luxurious way, while giving back to the ecosystem of Palau. Our principles here include : maintaining respect for the environment, watching our carbon footprint, and recognizing the the culture of the indigenous people and working with them to create empowerment. We minimize physical impacts through designing low impact facilities. The local residents benefit from our company because we maintain and protect the islands' precious marine ecosystem, making the islands a beautiful place to live in. By educating the people around us, our mission is to build environmental and cultural awareness.
All about Palau
Located in the Western Pacific Ocean in Micronesia, the remote group of islands has helped to shield both its natural resources and its cultural traditions. With over 500 species of coral and 1400 species of fish, the 460 miles of reefs and lagoon waters are dedicated no-fishing zones, which has allowed many endangered species of fish to repopulate the area.

Our Adventure
We take our passengers on a life-changing journey through Palau by boat. On this trip, we will give them facts about the area ( marine ecosystem, the varieties of species), they will be able to snorkel, and they will be able to participate in an environmental project. With this project, our passengers will be securing newly grown coral to the reefs. While doing this, they will be learning about the necessity of coral for the environment. Because we will be surrounded by the indigenous people of the islands, we have adopted a no tolerance policy towards disrespecting the native inhabitants and their land.On the boat, we will have a native representative of Palau to inform them of the language and culture of the islands. By doing this, it will spread the knowledge of the people of Palau, allowing them to have more of an appreciation.

How its so Low Impact
- Tourists will have the option of either staying on the ship they arrived in or they will be able to camp out on the islands near the thrilling volcanoes. This will help to reduce any altercations made on the shoreline.
- The ship will run on on solar energy, making the ship eco-friendly to the marine environment.
- No tourists are allowed to alter the reefs. For example, wearing unnatural sunscreen(whose chemicals break down coral beds), or littering.
Conservation Funds
A portion of the proceeds gained will go towards restoration projects for the islands of Palau, including the project carried out with the passengers. The other potion will be gifted to small businesses in order for their economy to bloom.
Corporation
Here at the Blue Life Snorkel Company, we are partnering with Greenpeace Southeast Asia. They provide us with the money and resources (food, snorkeling equipment, boat supplies) to make our adventures grand. They also help us with communications with the Republic of Palau, which lets us use their land in a peaceful manner to educate the people of the world. The local government would benefit from this because it would show the world that Palau is a country capable and economically stable enough to have international relations with other countries.
